Good Match, Bad News
Well, it's just been one of those weeks. Ups and downs, all week long, but nothing too serious. Until tonight. More on that later.

First, last night I was in Bowling Green, KY for my first match in quite some time. It was a benefit show for a 4-year old (I believe, may have been 5) that needs a liver transplant. It was an honor to be a part of this show for that reason. It was originally booked as Hard Rock Higdon .vs. All-Star .vs. Myself, but my brother couldn't make this show, so it ended up being All-Star and myself in a singles match. The match wasn't bad at all, but could've been better but the ring had been broken earlier in the night. When they fixed, they used jacks to hold the floor of the ring in place... yeah jacks... ring was incredibly stiff. All-Star's Game Over... I couldn't have kicked out if I'd wanted to, it knocked the wind out of me completely, and I couldn't move.

But on to the bad news. You ever had one of those days where it just seems like the bad just keeps piling up? Today has been one of those days. In a span of twenty-minutes I found out that my grandfather has leukemia, and that my father might have lung cancer. How awful is that? Back-to-back, all in one day. It's almost too much for me to handle. Usually, I am very long winded, but right now, I just can't think of much to say. All I ask is that, if you don't mind, is to keep my father and grandfather in your prayers because I know I will.

Thank you very much,
Trent
